The goods are delivered by the courier service to the address specified in your order information.
Delivery address:
1. Be sure to provide the exact delivery address and index of the parcel (index search).
2. Indicate your contact phone number, which the courier can use to contact you personally. Before the delivery of the goods, the courier will agree on a more accurate delivery time using the phone you specified.
3. If the courier cannot find you at the specified address and/or cannot contact you by phone, you will be left with a message where you can pick up the goods.
4. If there are any misunderstandings regarding the delivery of the parcel through Couriers, please contact us, we will try to find out and help 🙂
Delivery cost:
Delivery of goods throughout Lithuania costs from 7 EUR:
1. When buying goods for an amount of more than 500 EUR, the delivery of goods throughout Lithuania is FREE.
2. Delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit, due to additional relocation and ecological taxes, may cost up to EUR 50 additionally.
Delivery Time:
1. The delivery time of the goods is 1-7 working days.
2. If the goods are out of stock, the delivery time may take up to 1 – 5 weeks
Please note: when delivering goods to the specified address, the service of taking bulky and/or heavy goods to the door costs extra and is provided only in Vilnius. This service must be ordered and agreed upon before ordering an item. If you do not order the pick-up service, the courier will deliver such item(s) to the house specified by you.
The goods are delivered by us or our authorized representative.
During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the parcel together with us or our authorized representative, courier.
Once you have signed the invoice or consignment note, the shipment is deemed to have been handed over.
If you notice a parcel damage, you must not accept the parcel and mark it on the parcel consignment note. Once you have accepted the item and signed the bill of lading without comments, the shipment is deemed to have been handed over in an orderly manner.
