If the Buyer did not like the product, he can replace it with another one within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The Buyer has the right to return to the Seller high-quality, ununpacked, unchanged commercial appearance. All documents for the purchase of the item must be submitted together.
Non-exchangeable and non-returnable quality goods produced, brought and sold according to special orders.
If the Buyer is a natural person, the Buyer has the right to make written claims against the Seller regarding the violation of his rights and/or legitimate interests. If the Seller does not fully or partially satisfy the Buyer’s requirements set out in the Buyer’s claim, the Buyer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority:
If the Buyer is a legal entity, the Buyer has the right to make claims for hidden defects in the Goods within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
If during the warranty period it turns out that the product does not comply with the quality requirements, the defects are not the result of improper storage or use of the Product and the Buyer has notified the Seller of such defects immediately after they become apparent, the Seller shall, at its own discretion, either eliminate the defects, or, if the defects cannot be eliminated, replace the Product with a new Product.
Warranty repairs are carried out at the Seller’s premises. The product is delivered by the Buyer for warranty repair.
The warranty repair time is up to 30 days counting from the time when the goods of incorrect quality are received at the warranty service department.

Goods of inadequate quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 of 29 June 2001. The return of goods of suitable quality is possible only in accordance with the procedure established by the “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication” approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 258 of 17 August 2001. In this case, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
